Shelley has facilitated individuals and teams toward positive outcomes in terms of productivity and cohesion in her capacity as an executive coach and facilitator. She uses a Solution Focussed and Strengths-Based Leadership approach when designing processes in her coaching and facilitation. She has organisational experience in a variety of industries E.g. Santam Insurance, Pioneer Foods, Disney Group, Groot Bos Hotel, Kalk Bay Foods, RECM Capital Management, Woolworths Financial Institution, GVK Construction and Accolade Wines.

Shelley Lewin is an International Coach Federation (ICF) member and accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Coaching and Mentors of SA (COMENSA) member and practitioner. Shelley is also a counselling graduate from South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP) and Level 2 Certified facilitator of TotalSDI (Relationship Awareness Theory®).

These approaches are invaluable in any environment where positive, effective relationship skills will enhance productivity and satisfaction.
